We made a last minute reservation and they were hosting a bingo night but they found a table for us and they were so kind! The food was great probably the best chicken of my life and even if we were just tourists from Italy we felt like locals. If we come back to New York, we will definitely come back to Neirs. Thanks!

Loved this old fashioned tavern. Its been around since 1829. I loved the decorations. The bartender, Michael, was great. The people were nice. The food was good. Prices are reasonable. They even had live music. Its located in a quiet residential area. I will definitely be back.

Cool little historical place to grab dinner or brunch especially if youre a fan of the film Goodfellassome scenes were filmed there. Definitely has an old school vibe, I think its the oldest tavern in NY. Food and service were also great as well, crispy fries!
